**Essential Qualifications & Qualities**:

- Proven expertise in managing and optimising Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social media advertising.
- Proficiency in SEO practices, including website schema optimisation and link-building campaigns.
- Experience in content creation, with a knack for crafting compelling blog posts and enhancing our brand presence.
- Skillful in digital analytics, capable of interpreting data to drive strategy and performance.
- Robust understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Google Analytics, with the ability to generate reports and integrate data from all our marketing sources.
