Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative specialising in T-shirt sales and distribution. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with wholesale clients, driving sales, and promoting our diverse range of high-quality T-shirts. Your primary focus will be on expanding our market presence, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect, identify, and establish relationships with potential wholesale clients in the apparel industry.
2. Present and promote our T-shirt product lines to existing and prospective clients, highlighting unique features and quality.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
5. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our T-shirt products.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
3. Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Knowledge of T-shirt manufacturing processes, fabrics, and industry trends.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
