**About the Company**
Our client is a market leading Consulting firm based in the heart of the Fortitude Valley.
**About the Role**
This position is responsible for providing Finance and Admin related support to the team. The position works closely with the Administration Officer and Senior Finance Officer.
Some of your duties may include:
- Accounts Payable/ Receivable duties
- Bank and credit card transaction processing and reconciliations
- Financial reporting
- General office administration duties
- Basic IT support
- Management of equipment registers
- Company event coordination (staff meetings etc)
- Other finance and admin duties as required
**About You**
- Experience in a similar Finance Officer position
- Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
