**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a driven **Technical Sales Representative** to join our team in the **vehicle refinishing sector based in Perth**. This role combines **sales expertise with technical know-how**, helping customers get the best results from our **Vehicle Refinish** brands and products while building strong, long-term relationships.
**No previous sales experience**? No problem — sales training will be provided to set you up for success.
You’ll work closely with body shops, distributors, and end-users, providing technical advice, training, and tailored solutions — all while driving sales growth across your territory.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote and sell our premium refinishing solutions to body shops and distributors
- Provide on-site technical demonstrations, product training, and support
- Identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer service, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer experiences
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in **technical within the automotive, coatings, or refinishing industry**(workshop, body shop, distribution or product support experience welcomed)
- A willingness to learn sales skills - no prior sales experience required (full sales training provided)
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle refinishing products and processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region
