Principal Accountabilities

  • Champion safety and uphold the company's core values in all work-related activities.
  • Responsibility for sales in Western Australia and Northern Territory whilst also supporting other states when required.
  • Responsibility for sales in Oil and Gas Sectors and mining markets.
  • Drive key account and enterprise management initiatives to support business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships across departments and support functions.
  • Demonstrate a results-driven approach, with a passion for sales and new business development.
  • Collaborate effectively across multiple departments to maximize business opportunities.
  • Focus on large projects, strategic key pursuits, and key account growth to meet company objectives.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations and training, offering tailored solutions based on customer needs.
  • Prepare and present quotations and sales proposals to potential customers.
  • Consistently work towards achieving sales targets set by the company.

Skills And Knowledge Required

  • Engineering background required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of industries such as petrochemical and mining markets is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with TEAM's products and services is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and create compelling presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Travel within area of responsibility.
  • Resilient, persistent, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
