Our client is a busy specialist practice in Sydney's. Currently they have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join their team.

Your key responsibilities will include a wide range of medical administrative tasks including:

- Meeting and greeting patients and scheduling patient consultations
- Management of patient data, correspondence
- Surgical Billing and receipting
- Assisting the Practice Manager with general administration
- Utilising Genie software
- Assisting patients with hospital surgical bookings, estimates and associated paperwork
- Superior communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Able to work as part of a team and also independently
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrates high standards with the desire to continuously improve
- Resourceful and creative problem solver
- Confident user of MS Office and medical software
- Experience in Ophthalmology advantageous
