About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People team in the role of HR Business Partner reporting to the HR & Safety Manager.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Business Partner to join our team in this true generalist HR role. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both head office and retail stakeholders.

As the HR Business Partner you will drive strong engagement with a broad range of stakeholders – managing an end-to-end generalist HR portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Engagement with business stakeholders in the execution of operational and strategic outcomes in support of the people strategy
  • Managing an end-to-end life cycle in a HR generalist portfolio – from employee relations; policies and procedures, recruitment through to talent, performance, and culture.
  • With a focus on building capability, you will provide support and coaching to team members and key stakeholders across the business

You will be a team player who can work autonomously while also being able to contribute and grow within a collaborative environment.

About you

  • Previous experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments ideally in retail
  • A degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
  • Experience across the HR generalist discipline and comfortable in managing an end-to-end HR environment, including IR/ER and recruitment.
  • Ideally, experience managing &/or supporting strategic people projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident with HR & Safety systems and Microsoft Office (experience with Rippling, Safety Culture, and Deputy whilst not a pre-requisite would be beneficial)
