Located on the Central Coast of NSW, ClockOn Pty Ltd, a leading employee management software provider, position available for the role of **Level 1 Help Desk Product Support Officer.**

This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone who would like to advance their skills within the growing time and attendance, HR, and payroll software industry.

The position will include the following **roles and responsibilities**:

- Provide both technical and product support for a nationally distributed and fully integrated payroll / rostering / time & attendance software system.
- Direct customer calls assessment and assistance for levels 1 & 2 support calls.
- Support new customer implementations.
- Product testing when required.

**Key skills** that will be developed with this position:

- Customer service skills.
- Database structure, logic, and queries.
- Networking and configuring basic router options.
- Product Industry knowledge relating to items such as award payment conditions.

- Needs to be a team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to think laterally and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Some experience with Microsoft desktop products.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

**Additional Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with interacting with customers.
- Knowledge/experience with basic networking and router configuration.
- Knowledge/understanding of payroll, rostering, or time and attendance systems.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Gosford NSW 2250: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Remotely:

- Aside from in-house training, we currently have an arrangement of 3 days in the office, with an option for 2 days of work from home.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Gosford, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
