We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving account growth. A key component of this position involves performing banking activities, including regular trips to the bank for deposits, withdrawals, and account management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and drive growth.
- Coordinate and manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of services.
- Handle banking activities, including:

- Performing cash deposits and withdrawals.
- Managing bank transactions and account inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Analyze account performance and provide insights to clients for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of banking processes and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $57,789.70 - $128,560.65 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
