**Position Overview**: We're seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Night Manager to oversee night operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the Night Manager. Join us and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Manage guest accounts and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
- Resolve guest issues promptly.
- Balance financial transactions and night audits.
- Ensure safety and security of guests and staff.
- Support and mentor night staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12 months’ experience in hospitality/guest services.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid NSW RSA Competency card, First Aid Qualifications, and Drivers Licence required.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
