About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team at Zara Tower in Sydney, NSW. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible days to suit your lifestyle. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience during their stay.
What you'll be doing
- Performing night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accurate reporting
- Providing excellent customer service to guests, handling inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Checking guests in and out, processing payments, and managing room availability
- Monitoring and maintaining the security of the hotel premises during night shifts
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Collaborating with the wider hotel team to contribute to the overall smooth operation of the hotel
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a similar night auditor or front desk role within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
