**Assistant Night Manager**

**Role**

**Key Responsibilities of this role include: -**
- Team Leader, Supervisory levels or people who wish to work only at night because of family commitments are strongly encouraged to apply
- Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and escort to accommodations if appropriate.
- Maintain professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
- Act as Manager on duty for the hotel in the absence of the Operations Manager dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
- Manage the night shift in the department ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments.
- Oversee preparation of daily summary reports.
- Must able to perform the full night audit.
- Work closely with Housekeeping Department to improve guest services and foster close departmental communication.
- Be aware and able to enforce Emergency Respond Safety Procedures.

**To be successful in this role, you must**:

- adaptable to all tasks and enjoy a variety in your workload such as reception and concierge duties and financial reporting.
- Previous related work experience as Assistant Night Manager, Senior Guest Service Agent or Night Auditor are strongly encourage to apply.
- Have excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn and ability to think of innovative ideas.
- Ability to work a rotating rosters that will include weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $66,853.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
