**The Role**:
As Assistant Night Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Working closely with the Night Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the nightly operations of the Front Office and other departments.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Assisting with night auditing duties and financial reconciliations.
- Overseeing the safety and security of the hotel and its guests.
- Leading and mentoring the night team to deliver exceptional service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of property management systems is an advantage.
