We are currently looking for Project Support Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be working in a Maritime project supporting Defence Specialist Ships, undertaking a variety of support tasks including general administration and coordination for the project team.

This role offers uncapped training and development opportunities as well as other benefits including subsidised parking, flexible working and different leave arrangements including paid parental, study, reserve and volunteer leave.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Manage project documentation
- Inputs into project schedules, finance and controls
- Build relationships with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations
- Prepare correspondence, documents and reports as directed
- Minor procurement and purchasing
- Contract management tasks
- Ad hoc administrative tasks

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience in a CASG or Maritime project environment
- Experience in an administrative role
- High level attention to detail
- Strong writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be an Australian Citizen and hold a NV1 government security clearance or higher
