Nestled in the heart of the Snowy Mountains, **Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort** offers a unique lifestyle and career opportunity. We are seeking an experienced **General Manager** to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at this iconic property.

**About the role**:
As General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and presentation of the resort. You’ll lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring profitability, customer service, and the highest standards across accommodation, food & beverage, and property presentation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead overall resort operations to achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and operational goals.
- Drive a culture of exceptional guest service and team development.
- Oversee financial performance including P&L, budgets, and reporting.
- Ensure property standards, maintenance, and presentation are consistently met.
- Champion workplace health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in hotel/resort management, with expertise in food & beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L accountability.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
