Seeking an experienced **General Manager in Canberra** to lead the hotel operation of a larger property with extensive F&B and Event outlets.

To be considered for the position, you must have valid General Manager experiences with emphasis on F&B within branded properties.
- Manage hotel performances, standards objectives & administration
- Monitor business strategies and sales approach
- Monitor and maximise performance of hotels
- Identify revenue opportunities and develop strategies to continually drive performances
- Develop and lead staff & management
- Overseeing all departments with special focus on guest services
- Strong communicator & leader to management team & staff force
- Able to build solid foundation and communication lines

- _**Skilled in hotels with more than 200 Rooms-Any Canberra experience highly regarded**_

- _**High level of commercial and financial background**_

- _**Tertiary education in Business/Hospitality desirable**_

**Salary**: $195,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- 5 Years as GM in hotels with 200+ rooms (required)
- Has worked as an F&B Manager/Director prior (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
