With 100 rooms and surrounded by picturesque vineyards and cellar doors, this is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact food and beverage operation and vibrant event business.**

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Lead the food and beverage outlets to create memorable dining experiences that reflect the essence of the region.

Drive the event business, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.

Demonstrate a cohesive understanding of room management to optimise occupancy and revenue.

Develop and implement commercial acumen and revenue strategies to maximise profitability.

Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring uncompromising standards and qualities across all departments.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, nurturing their growth and development.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar upscale environment.**:

- **Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations and event management.**:

**Salary**: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
