Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a motivated Leasing & Sales Assistant to join our Industrial & Logistics team in Western Sydney.

**About the role**
- Perform a broad range of project-related tasks, including tracking market transactions, compile and interpret market data, and provide data and asset information to clients.
- Support agents and administration staff, maintain vacancy schedules and databases, and ensure **database integrity and accuracy.**:
- ** Work with institutional-grade industrial assets, prepare cash flows, assist with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and information memorandums across a broad range of leasing transactions.**:
- ** Analyse economic and property trends to assist with presentations.**:
- ** Coordinate the brokerage team, participate in client meetings and inspections, and manage and maintain up-to-date client contact databases and enquiries on various CBRE-specific programs.**

Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous**:
- ** Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities**:
- ** Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.**:
- ** Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.**:
- ** Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.**:
