**The opportunity**

**How you will make an impact**
- Observing the Bank’s policies and procedures when assessing loans for approval or decline.
- Maintain credit quality standards expected of all analysts in the team.
- Provide great customer service to our internal and external business partners by making pro-active phone calls to discuss the assessment or where more information is required and to offer solutions if the loan does not fit policy (if appropriate).

**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience with credit lending and conducting credit analytics, having held previous lending authority.
- You are known for your exceptional customer service and your awesome team work skills.
- You demonstrate initiative to work autonomously and ask relevant questions to support own recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to various levels of management and business partners effectively.
- You thrive in a changing environment and you have a focus on continuous improvement.
- PC literacy (including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Outlook and NTBS (desirable).
