**About the role**
- Responsible for day-to-day activities in the Bank IT Portfolio Quality Assurance Team reporting directly to the Portfolio QA Manager.
- Deliver Quality outcomes for Agile changes through analysis, planning, creation and execution of Test scenarios, cases and procedures
- Support test environment related activities that enable the Bank test team to coordinate and complete quality assurance and release objectives
- Liaise with business users, business analysts and engineers to ensure that planned testing meets their requirements

**Main focus areas**
- Ensure Testing Methodologies are adhered to throughout the Agile Development process
- Consult on testing matters to business and IT project managers
- Create Agile Test Strategies, Test Plans and Test Cases for new projects.
- Support and facilitate test data and test environment requirements for programs under Bank IT management
- Manage Test execution and defect resolution across projects and Agile teams.
- Demonstrate strong people leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to develop and support and develop the Bank IT culture.
- May be required to be hands on and perform test execution if required
- Provide detailed testing estimates for each project phase
- Hold workshops to aid the sign off testing deliverables and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of testing progress
- Chair project test team meetings to discuss risks/issues and testing progress.
- Create dashboards/reports to convey project status from a testing perspective
- Good communication and presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience reducing regression cycle time
- Proven experience in managing Manual and Automated Regression Testing
- Experience in Test Automation tools, techniques and methodologies needed to improve efficiency and quality

**Experience and qualifications required**
- 5+ Previous Test Lead experience (Banking preferred)
- 8+ years of expertise as a Test Analyst (Banking Experience preferred)
- Experience working with external parties and vendors
- Experience working with Agile development processes
- Experience with Test Automation
- Proven stakeholder management at senior levels

Extensive experience using JIRA, Confluence & SharePoint online

- Experience in building innovative stories in BI tools to identify and communicate business insights to support effective decision-making
- Able to prioritise own workload and handle multiple competing priorities effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement
