**In this role, you'll**:
This newly created role will see join the Road Safety Strategy team where you lead development and delivery of statewide actions within the 2026 Road Safety Action Plan that relate to road safety performance. You will develop and evaluate long-term strategies to support safety performance management. You will demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills to build key stakeholder relationships, becoming a key road safety contact within TfNSW. You will have experience working in road safety projects is highly regarded, particularly with understanding different aspects of the safe system approach. You can confidently lead systematic and strategic projects from start to finish to achieve intended outcomes. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description.

**About you**

You have strong experience in leading large scale projects, or in program or performance management, and in aligning operational and strategic considerations. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in chairing meetings and leading workshops. You have experience working in road safety projects is highly regarded, particularly with understanding different aspects of the safe system approach. You can confidently lead systematic and strategic projects from start to finish to achieve intended outcomes.
