FP&A Business Consultant

Forest Grove Technology is a leading supplier of technology and consulting services.

We are the primary APAC provider of KNIME and Prophix technologies and associated implementation and support services. KNIME and Prophix are an industry leading Advanced Analytics & FP&A solutions that provide our clients with greater insights into data sourced from internal processes and external sources.

Forest Grove is looking for a dynamic FP&A Business Consultant with ~2+ years’ experience with Prophix FP&A technology to join our rapidly expanding Perth-based Consulting Solutions team. You will work alongside a high-performing team in a collaborative environment, on confidential projects interacting with top-tier clients.

You'll use market-leading system processes and technologies (Prophix & KNIME) to help clients drive efficiency by devising insightful solutions to diverse business challenges.

**The role will include**:

- Working with clients to understand their business requirements
- Assisting organizations in leveraging technology to reduce risk and support data driven decision making.
- Researching and analysing client work processes and practices
- Facilitate discussions with clients to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
- Designing, implementing, and deploying business models and reporting dashboards
- Building data-driven outputs to improve existing budget, forecasting and other managerial processes in the organization.
- Creating requirement, solution design, delivery, and functional documentation.
- Conducting discovery sessions, sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivering outputs within strict deadlines.
- Working collaboratively with other consultants, technical staff, and project managers, as and when required.
- Providing consultation for budgeting, forecasting, and other operational reporting.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree Qualified in Finance and/or IT
- 2+ Years Experience in the use and implementation of Prophix FP&A Software
- 2+ Years Experience using SQL and/ MySQL programming languages
- Experience with KNIME Advanced Analytics Platform (L1 Certified.)
- 3+ Years Experience in the industry of Finance and Information technology.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking approach to help provide consulting solutions to clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite products such as Excel, Power point, etc.
- Strong communication skills and project management abilities


Annual salary range: $90-100k per annum plus statutory superannuation.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
