About the Role
This
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) position
plays a key role in ensuring financial transparency, compliance, and strategic planning across multiple community funding streams. This role combines
financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and grant management
with stakeholder engagement and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and review monthly P&L reports, quarterly submissions, and annual consolidated reports.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, reforecasts, and rolling forecasts across multiple programs.
  • Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with funding agreements, sector regulations, and aged care standards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and support training on financial systems.

About You

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA highly desirable).
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Previous exposure to
    aged care, healthcare, or community/NFP sectors
    is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in financial systems such as
    Epicor, Prophix, PowerBI
    (or similar).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams.
