Job Description

- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Analyse financial performance, highlighting trends and providing actionable insights.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely reporting.
- Support the preparation of board and management reports with detailed financial analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting business performance.
- Assist in the development of long‑term strategic plans and scenario analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support decision‑making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the energy and natural resources industry is advantageous.
