We’re looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our team on a fixed-term contract, where you’ll play a **crucial role** in implementing our new payroll system. You’ll be at the forefront of data transformation, ensuring seamless data integrity and executing accurate data mapping for a successful system migration. **What your day looks like**:
As our Data Analyst, your expertise in data transformation and analysis will be pivotal to our payroll system’s success. Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

- **Transform and Migrate Data**: Extract, cleanse, and transform payroll data, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the new system requirements.
- **Validate with Precision**: Populate data upload templates, validating data structures in close collaboration with payroll specialists.
- **Analyse for Accuracy**: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify discrepancies and execute rigorous validation processes for payroll accuracy.
- **Map for Consistency**: Map payroll codes and structures to guarantee consistency, compliance, and a smooth migration.
- **Document and Support**: Maintain clear documentation, provide progress reports, and support testing and troubleshooting throughout the migration.

**The Ingredients for Success**:
We’re looking for a data enthusiast with:

- **Data Transformation Expertise**: Proven experience in data analysis, transformation, and migration, particularly with payroll data.
- **Advanced Excel Skills**: Mastery in Excel for complex data manipulation and reporting.
- **Payroll Systems Knowledge**: Experience with payroll systems or HRIS is highly desirable.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- **Collaboration and Problem-Solving**: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and resolve complex data issues in a fast-paced environment.
