The Data Analyst role is responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting large data sets to support the Shift Product Development. Taking the data analytics lens, the role will aim to provide this business with insights enabling effective decision making when developing our Platform solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and build real-time analytical capabilities and data infrastructure.
- Build dashboard to replace static reporting, support business decisioning, and tell innovative stories
- Assist in conversations regarding the potential new uses of data and predictive analytics in the business
- Teach colleagues to be their own data miners
- Work with management and stakeholders to prioritise business and information needs.
- Prepare reports for executive and project teams.
- Locate and define new data process improvement opportunities

**Skills**:
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Python, Tableau-
- Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration-
- Work in a fast-paced environment.-
- Excellent analytics and communications skills**Experience**:
- Experience working with large datasets, analytic based tools, data visualisation and dashboard creation.
- Exposure to working within a cloud-based database system.
- Exposure to linking databases to produce real time analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of SalesForce, Python, Tableau
- Working Knowledge of Azure data lakes and database tools
- Strong mathematical and numeracy skills
