With the flexibility to split your time from our beautiful North Sydney Head office and work from home, the People & Capability Analyst is responsible for the production and management of people related reports and analysis.

You will provide information required to support and enhance business decision making for Ventia operations, contracts and business units.

This role will be part of a small friendly team and have the ability to drive new ideas and have a real impact on the people and capabiliy analysis for the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and provide workforce metrics and performance indicators, reports, workforce analysis and modelling to assist management to make informed business decisions around Human Capital.
- Produce routine operational reporting.
- Work closely with stakeholders to help them understand reporting requirements.
- Produce specific and complex management reporting with people data while exploring new uses of data to solve business problems.
- Innovation and experimentation with data and analytical methods and tools, responsible for ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Power BI - P&C Reporting Suite.

**Your skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in an Analyst role.
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Data analytics, Business, Accounting, or Human Resources Management OR relevant proven work experience.
- The ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data and present it in a format appropriate for its audience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI and SAP is preferred, and Spinifex would be highly desired.
- Reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage.
