An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspired finance professional to join a leading and rapidly expanding Not-For-Profit organisation within the health sector. This iconic and well-established organisation provides comprehensive support, education, and advocacy, and works tirelessly to improve the lives of the community they serve. They are well-known for their innovative and dynamic approach and are currently seeking a talented and motivated Finance Business Partner to join their team.

**Your New Role**

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and support to key stakeholders within the organisation. Your main duties will include:

- Developing and maintaining financial models and analysis
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Identifying opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial legislation and standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA or CA qualification (or working towards)
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the NFP sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- A strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and best practices
