**About the role**
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partners handling the resourcing needs across retail and support in Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
- Monitors, measures and report on key performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders in sourcing strategy development and execution and is accountable for the development and implementation of appropriate and effective direct sourcing strategies for key roles and job families.
- Analyse and report on external market influences and works with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to create competitive offers for external team members, within the Michael Hill Guidelines
- Maintain and improve systems to ensure an efficient and seamless end to end process for both volume and support office recruitment.
- Working with the Talent Acquisition, HR Leadership and Marketing teams to develop Employer Brand and Talent Attraction strategies to promote the business as the #1 Employer of Choice.

**About you**
- Strong influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
- High level of conceptual, research and data analysis skills, coupled with high attention to detail
- High level of MS Excel skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data
- Strong partnering skills and the ability to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice to management
- Results oriented and ability to work to tight timeframes
- Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to multi task while still delivering high quality results

- Demonstrated expertise in supporting / leading talent related programs of change
- Promotes a highly collaborative and supportive team culture
- Awareness of employment brand management and ability to articulate how the employee value proposition differentiates Michael Hill from its competitors in the market
- Detailed knowledge of operating ATS (applicant tracking systems) and experience in delivering recruitment Management Information/Reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
