**Talent Acquisition Coordinator**:
**Salary**: Up to AU$85000 per annum + Super + Bonuses + Allowances

About the role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced recruitment professional to join our client's team in Eight Mile Plains, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for salaried positions at their head office and provide support to hiring managers across their other sites.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will contribute to the attraction, acquisition, and selection of talented employees, helping them build a strong and capable workforce.
- In addition, your responsibilities will also include:_
- Reviewing position descriptions, drafting and posting job advertisements.
- Screening and shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing interview panel support.
- Conducting background checks and preparing employment contracts.
- Developing role-specific recruitment campaigns, ensuring targeted approaches for each position.
- Representing the company at career fairs and other external events.

Skills and Experience:
This role is ideally suited to those with a background in HR looking to move into a full recruitment role. With previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, it's important you can address the following requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of contract and employment procedures.
- Ability to liaise effectively with industry professionals.
- Proactive, energetic, and driven with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong social profile on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Tech-savvy, capable of utilizing new systems like ReadyTech Workforce.
- Agricultural interest or background would be advantageous.
