**Become a Trusted Partner**

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our growing People & Culture team. This is a permanent full-time position based in our modern, open plan central office at Kedron. Working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team and achieve the broader strategic goal of attracting exceptional people to support C&K deliver its vision of being a place where every child flourishes. This is a ‘hands-on’ position and will have as its main responsibility, the growth and health of the casual relief pool.

**Key accountabilities**
- **Operations**:Act as 1st escalation for our regional partners for challenges in filling the shifts of their sites.
- **Analytics**: Build insightful segmented reporting to present and highlight the health of our relief pool across the state.
- **Engagement**: Work closely with the operations and learning teams to provide an engagement calendar of professional development and cultural opportunities to the members of our relief pool to make them feel as connected as possible with our wider business.

- ‘I started my C&K career in 2018 working for sites in remote areas of Queensland that forced me to think outside the box, innovate and find new ways to deal with their challenges. After having proved my mettle there, I got the opportunity to manage hiring for several new centres, liaise with C&K leadership and establish myself as a recruitment expert. _
- Moving into my 4th year with C&K, I have taken on a Team Lead role and look forward to contributing to our team in the years ahead. I have had a phenomenal experience so far at C&K and I have been acknowledged for the skills and passion I bring with me.’ _

**Joining our Family**

This role will suit a passionate talent professional with proven experience recruiting for flexible talent pools and the capacity to effectively engage high-level stakeholders.

You will bring a keen understanding data-driven decision making with the analytical skills to build a clear suite of reporting articulating the health of the relief pool. While you will not have direct reports, you will act as part of the recruitment leadership team, so the capacity to mentor, train and coach the team members will be key so we are looking for proven TA leadership experience.

You will need to hold or be willing to obtain;
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
- (we will cover the cost of both)
- Any relevant HR, Marketing & Communications or Business qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
- All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment._
