**About Your New Role**

Our Melbourne team has an exciting opportunity for their next superstar Team Coordinator to join them providing support and coordination with all things administration. As a key member of the team, you will be the ‘go to person’ relying on your positive and upbeat personality, can-do attitude and second to none attention to detail.

This role would suit a current administrator or coordinator with 18 months office experience who is looking to take their career to the next level within our corporate consultancy environment. We may be corporate, but we also prioritise collaboration and open thinking, health, wellbeing, learning, development and a positive and supportive culture to be the best we can be.
- Coordination of travel, meetings, training and events
- Managing expenses, reconciling credit card statements and managing project invoicing
- Managing spreadsheets and creating a variety of weekly reports based around the projects
- General administrative assistance to your team in all aspects of day to day operations
- Working closely with the wider support team to ensure the office runs smoothly and is presented well at all times including meeting room management, kitchens, reception cover etc.

**About You**
- 18 months plus experience in an administration support position
- Proactive, self-motivated with the drive and commitment to make the difference to the team. As the nature of our work is constantly evolving we need people who thrive on change and can adapt to new challenges
- Keen interest in learning new skills and development in your administration role
- Take pride in your work
- Strong customer service and organisation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
