Looking for an immediately available Team Coordinator to join an IT organisation in the Melbourne location

**Details**:

- Immediately available for a Full time role
- Must have Calendar and Travel Management experience
- 6 month contract role with strong possibility to go permanent
- Ideally in the office | some flexibility to WFH can be negotiated later

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities for the Team Coordinator include the ability to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage time effectively
- Manage the daily schedule, multiple requests, and priorities of the Executive and all travel and expenses. Be ready to handle international itineraries and last-minute changes
- Manage the Execs' calendars meticulously and thoughtfully, coordinating all meetings and calls, including video conferencing and team events
- Lead, drive and execute various team events and offsite meetings, including ushering contracts through the procurement process and accounts payable for payment. You will also be required to assist with onsite logistics of the events
- Liaise with execs, create spreadsheets, slide decks, and meeting agendas
- Track action items and key issues to closure with a high degree of integrity and accountability
- Manage multiple requests and priorities - staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
- Work cross-functionally with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization
- Assist with special assignments/projects, as needed

**About You**:

- 3+ years experience in a support driven role
- Must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar), Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools
- A strong team player, who thrives in a collaborative setting and who is able to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail with complex calendar management experience
