**The opportunity**

This role is accountable for performing coordination, administrative support services and business assistance to both the Infrastructure and Enterprise Application teams. You will be the backbone of support for two of our very well-respected Senior Leaders.

We expect each employee to live our values and behavioural expectations each day. In addition to this you will:

- Forward plan and manage meetings, task schedules and diaries in line with priorities
- Manage invoice inbox and ensure they’re processed for payment (allocate to appropriate D&I department/s, distributing, authorisation, coding, etc.)
- Prepare and coordinate activities (e.g., room bookings, invites, collation and distribution of packs, minute taking, monitoring actions, catering) relating to strategic meetings, team events, forums, and audit activities
- Manage corporate credit card authorisation in-line with company policies and budget
- Storage and management of key documents, processes, and policies
- Coordinate and book travel, accommodation and training events in-line with company guidelines

**About you**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Adaptable with the ability to support the adoption of ideas, policies, and procedures
- An exceptional level of customer service to individuals and teams
- Listen to others and conveying oral, visual and written information in a clear, concise and logical manner, appropriately adapting style and tone to accommodate the needs of the audience
- Passionate about new ways of working and supporting our people
- A passion for trying new things, learning, collaborating and seeking diversity of thought.
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. You value the success of the team over the individual
