**Public Sector People (PSP) **are currently looking to speak to a **EPMO Reporting & Systems Analyst **who would be interested in an initial 3-month contract within Local Government.
- _As soon as possible start date. _
- _6-month contract _
- _Inner Melbourne suburb location _
- _Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office & 2 days from home)_
- _$47 an hour + super_
- _Technology One experience desired_
This role will suit a data/ systems analyst or someone who has EPMO/PMO/Project Management experience and has great skill and knowledge of systems and data.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead monthly reporting and share projects status, ensuring project managers and vendors/ sponsors are engaged and provided with clear guidance on time and quality expectations.
- Work with the team and provide continuous improvement recommendations on the Project Management Systems and Reporting processes.
- Provide meaningful reporting and analysis of project data to support the delivery of the organisations project portfolio.
- Take ownership of the data in the Project Management System and ensure users are appropriately trained.

The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience.
- HIGH competency in Microsoft Excel and experience using reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Hyperion.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes and confident to suggest improvements to the wider team.
- High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with mínimal supervision.
