Our strategy is to focus on creating a safe work environment where our employees feel strongly connected to our values and objectives, and where the capability of our people is key to our success.- Come and be a part of this success here- About the Role- We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Administrator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane.- Reporting to the Head of HR for BMA, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day administrative tasks to allow your Leader to focus on high-level strategic responsibilities.- Key Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of Head of HR
- Collaborating closely with the team to produce deliverables such as reports and presentations and identifying opportunities for improvement and time optimisation
- Proactively planning work to ensure the effectiveness of the team, addressing key focus areas, managing preparation, and fostering team/stakeholder engagement
- Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and coordinating meeting logistics
- Utilising SAP for purchasing (POs/PRs) and expense reconciliation
- Review and report on monthly budgets and expenses
- Handling event management with internal and external stakeholders, supporting projects, and undertaking ad hoc duties
- Managing travel arrangements including booking, generating itineraries, and providing support
- Active involvement in the local community and supporting Leader on projects as needed
- Supporting other business functions as required (e.g. HR, Finance, HSE)
- Stakeholder Management - facilitate communication between HR Sub-Functions and and internal/external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

**About You**
- As Team Administrator, integrity and strong interpersonal skills are essential in order to foster collaborative working relationships. Your ability to consolidate and analyse information while providing critical thinking and a solution-focused attitude will be key to your success in this role.- You will also demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Team Administrator with a track record of supporting senior executives, capable of working autonomously, establishing priorities, and managing time-sensitive deliverables
- Possess strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills, along with attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrate a clear passion for improving the workplace every day
- Ability to manage confidential and people related data and information
