**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Team Leader, Workforce Optimisation to join the Operations team based in Brisbane. The Operation business unit is responsible for the overall maintenance of members’ superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust (ART).

As the **Team Leader, Workforce Optimisation**, you will lead, manage and be accountable for maintaining and improving the fit-for-purpose methodology, frameworks, guiding principles, planning and execution of activities relating to workforce management, people capability and performance monitoring within the Operations business unit.

Leading a team of Specialists, you will empower teams to meet service standards and expectations, and ensure appropriate actions are taken when challenges to these standards and expectations are identified

This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.

We are flexible with location provide you can attend our **Brisbane** office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Knowledge and understanding of the superannuation industry, legislation, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively engage and develop positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including Heads of, Managers, peer leaders, auditors, and front-line staff.
- Highly developed organisational mindset with experience in bringing teams together on a cultural journey.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities including leading the work of other business resources directly or indirectly as required.
- Proven ability to motivate staff, support and promote change and foster a positive, satisfying work environment.
- Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to contribute to strategic visioning and planning.
