Are you passionate about shaping the future of work? We're seeking a Workforce Specialist to deliver enterprise-wide people insights, frameworks, and recommendations that drive long-term business priorities and optimise organisational performance.
What you'll do in this influential role, you will:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide people frameworks (performance, remuneration, talent, and capability).
- Conduct workforce analysis, impact assessments, forecasting, and planning to support organisational change and transformation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on organisational design to improve capability, efficiency, and role clarity.
- Provide strategic advice and coaching to leaders on people strategies, culture, and transformation.
- Ensure compliance and governance across people policies, frameworks, and record management.
We're looking for a people strategy leader who brings:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, organisational psychology, business, or related discipline
- Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, capability frameworks, remuneration, organisational design, and cultural transformation in complex organisations.
- A track record of delivering high-quality frameworks, insights, and reports to Executives and Boards.
- Experience guiding organisations through mergers, restructures, and large-scale transformations.
- Strong capability in HR systems and analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills – able to simplify complex data and engage audiences from employees to Boards.
- Proven ability to coach leaders, influence strategy, and build trusted, enterprise-wide relationships.
- Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
