**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a number of new team members to join the Operations team based in Brisbane. The Operation business unit is responsible for the overall maintenance of members’ superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust.
As a **Workforce Optimisation Analyst, **you will be responsible for the analysis, planning, management, and reporting of workforce management to enable continuous improvement and uplift in operational excellence ensuring benefits are realised, sustained, measured, and reported on an ongoing basis
As a **Workforce Optimisation Specialist,** you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the fit-for-purpose methodology, frameworks, guiding principles, planning and execution of activities identified to deliver operational excellence. You will ensure that the benefits associated with any uplift in operational excellence are realised, sustained, measured, and reported on an ongoing basis. Key focus areas include workforce management, strategic business, and financial planning.
Both roles will require you to draw upon your in-depth knowledge of, and experience in the financial services industry, business operations, workforce management, service delivery and business processes to understand and analyse issues that need attention, determine value add solutions, and implement improved operational management practices.
These roles are available as a **permanent** opportunities.
We are flexible with location provided you can attend our **Brisbane** office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Experience in the superannuation industry and understanding of business operational processes is required.
- Knowledge of appropriate workforce management methodologies.
- Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted and enduring relationships with business clients, including superior consultation, facilitation, proven problem-solving abilities, and change management.
- Technical knowledge of contemporary business systems environments.
- Highly developed analytical and organisational mindset together with effectiveness in building and implementing new processes and procedures as required.
- Demonstrated skill or the ability to acquire the skill in analytical tools and techniques, including modelling of data, systems, people and processes.
