In addition to driving strategic workforce initiatives, the Workforce Program Manager will actively cultivate a working environment that supports quality human resource management practices, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, and ethical behaviour. Adhering to service quality standards and health and safety policies is paramount, as is the preparation of detailed reporting documentation to inform stakeholders about program performance.
