**About the Role**:
Based in the North Eastern suburbs, this position reports straight to the Director and plays a crucial role in delivering HR support to the business operations. As a HR Advisor / Generalist, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing workforce planning initiatives within the company, ensuring a seamless alignment of resources with business needs.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all matters related to employee and industrial relations.
- Support the implementation of programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and well-being.
- Participate in enhancing HR frameworks and procedures, while ensuring adherence to HR regulations and legal requirements.
- Offer guidance, coaching, feedback, and assistance to leaders and team members in effectively overseeing the performance management process, evaluations, and enhancement strategies.
