About the Role:
We are looking for a HR Coordinator with progression pathways available for the right applicant. You are passionate about HR, a problem solver; love a challenge and genuinely care about the people you work with.
As you assist with solving people problems, you will be responsible for generalist HR activities. You will champion recruitment, onboarding, administering HRIS data, and administration. You will be exposed to generalist activities and contribute to relevant projects which support the development of the HR function.
**Position Description**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Support the HRBP in the full cycle of recruitment (from attraction, talent pipelining, selection and onboarding/offboarding)
- Full suite generalist HR support
- Administer ongoing medical and training requirements.
- Coordinate projects to automate HR processes, reduce administration and create excellent user experiences
- Prepare HR reports and administer HR processes
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Help create and foster a high performing workplace culture that attracts and retains talented employees, ensuring culture and value fit into the business
- Effectively communicate within the HR function to ensure consistency of high-quality service and support nationally
- Action queries through the HR inbox by responding promptly to all enquiries
- Data-entry and maintenance of employee records
- Support the coordination and delivery of initiatives and company recognition activities to build an inclusive and high-performance culture (including but not limited to ‘years of service’ certificates, internal newsletter and coordinating hamper deliveries where required)
**Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)**:
- Qualifications in Human Resources (or similar) would be advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources
- Exposure to recruitment (preferably both blue and white-collar roles)
- Results driven, solutions focused and highly organised.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel as required
