**The Role**
Strategy and Policy
- Support the management of enterprise WHS boards and committees.
- Review and develop enterprise WHS policies.
- Develop briefing material for senior leaders and Ministers regarding sensitive WHS matters.
- Support the management of the Defence Hazardous Chemicals Management Program.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Defence WHS Assurance Program. Analysis and Reporting
- Governance and user support for the WHS ICT systems.
- Procurement and contract management.
- Various data analytics activities, including data modelling and creation of dashboards.
- Provide accurate and timely advice to enable data-driven decision-making. Workplace Health and Psychosocial Safety
- Support interagency data sharing and analytics platforms that enhance lifetime health, wellbeing and safety outcomes for ADF personnel and veterans.
- Develop strategy, policy and guidance to enable a whole of Defence approach to workplace health and psychosocial safety.
- Deliver and provide ongoing management of education, programs and services to safeguard workplace health and psychosocial safety.

- Team leadership, including excellent time management and effectively manage workflow and resources.
- Experience or interest in developing WHS ICT or Data Management skills.
