What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a programmatic is essential (ad operations, or digital media analyst support role is a bonus)
  • A detail-oriented problem solver who is proactive in spotting technical issues and flagging opportunities for improvement
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to surface actionable insights for partners
  • A curious mindset — someone eager to learn the technical foundations of programmatic
  • Highly collaborative — able to work closely with Solutions Consulting, Partner Development, and other internal teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, stakeholders, and deadlines
  • Confident communicator — able to translate technical concepts clearly for both internal teams and external partners
  • Familiar with platforms like Salesforce, and able to manage data entry and workflow processes with accuracy

Here's What You'll be Doing:

  • Support the Partner Development team with day-to-day operations, including supply-side deal creation, EQ reviews, and administrative tasks
    Support account optimisation with insights, reporting, and suggested technical improvements
  • Monitor deal health, performance and optimisations
  • Assist with publisher onboarding and contribute to account health by identifying technical improvements
  • Maintain and update internal systems (e.g. Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and visibility across teams
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Consulting to understand technical setups and assist in troubleshooting and optimisation efforts
  • Work cross-functionally with Buyer, Solutions, and internal Ops teams to manage tasks and projects, troubleshoot issues, and escalate blockers when needed
  • Manage expectations effectively both internally and externally, always ensuring clear, proactive communication
