The Partner Readiness Engineer serves as the main pre-sales technical point of contact for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions' distributors as well as assisting the distributors with their managed partners.

What you will do:

Technical Enablement & Training

Support distributors through hands-on training, webinars, and product roadmap presentations to build confidence in Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions.

Partner Engagement & Collaboration

Work closely with distributor teams—both technical and business—to maintain strong relationships, support joint events, and manage certification activities.

Solution Development & Feedback

Capture and prioritize feature requests from partners, contribute to solution development, and coordinate with internal teams to tailor materials for the APAC market.

Pre-Sales & Demo Support

Guide distributors through trial setups, proof-of-concept builds, and demo environments, while coordinating with enterprise support teams. Travel flexibility is required.

Deep Tech Know-How
