My client is a leading supplier of architectural lighting in Australia and New Zealand. With a history spanning the last 30 years, and continued growth ahead, there has never been a better time to join this industry leader.

As the Receptionist / Office Administration you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office and showroom. Your approach to customer service will be exemplary as the manage the front desk and support the project team.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Answer and direct all phone calls.
- Meet and greet clients/visitors to the office / showroom.
- Prepare tea and coffee and light catering for clients visiting showroom
- Provide assistance to consultants and Project Coordinators as required.
- Prepare mail for postage, including taking mail and parcels to the post box/office.
- Arrange Local & Interstate courier services as required.
- Stationary and staff amenity supplies and ordering.
- Arrange catering on request for meetings / events.

Ideally, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role having used MS Office. You will be passionate about customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Alternatively, you may be coming from a hospitality and/or events management background and looking to make your first move into a corporate office environment.
