Heritage NSW works with communities to protect, celebrate and manage our incredible heritage across NSW. If you are keen to be a part of a high performing, multi-disciplinary team that helps conserve and protect the Aboriginal, built and archaeological heritage of NSW, then this is the job for you

**About you**

The successful applicant will have experience working on and implementing customer focused process and strategy improvements utilising data and technology to inform design. You must exhibit strong communication skills and be confident liaising with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels. You will be committed to delivering results, quality outcomes and excellent customer service. You will be required to build strong relationships across government agencies and other key stakeholders and bring a collaborative approach to information sharing, proactive planning, and effective development of key projects, as well as range of approval processes. The ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst delivering within statutory timeframes is essential. Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems essential.
