Target Market
Kommand Machine Control primarily serves small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the civil construction industry, specialising in clients who are just starting out on their growth journey or those who are operating mixed fleets on civil projects or wet hire arrangements. Our target market includes contractors and business owners seeking straightforward, cost-effective solutions to optimise their fleet operations, streamline processes, and achieve better outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with our existing network of customers
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities (i.e. daily cold calling/outbound/prospecting for new business)
- Accurate reporting of current and prospective activity, market and competitor analysis and growth potential
- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
- Forecasting & planning ahead your sales activities & executing them
- Working with our marketing team and attending trade shows/events and other related networking activities
About you
To be considered for this opportunity, here's what you'll need:
• You need to be a Sales Hunter
• Proven sales experience within the Construction/Earthmoving equipment industry or similar
• Strategic and analytical capability to assess value, including proficiency in CRM
• Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously
• A current driver's license
