**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Value Added Services (VAS) Manager, the role will act as a conduit to deliver services under VAS portfolio and act as a backup & support role for VAS Oceania comprising of teams including Sales, Customer services, Operations & Logistics, Marketing communication and E Commerce VAS specific initiatives.

**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Data analysis of Value Added Services (VAS) performance data

Assist Manager Oceania with Sales VAS promotion VAS updates

Coordination on SQ updates and process, VAS Product updates, SOP, Charge codes and VAS training calendar

Lead follow up & post customer meeting follow up by product and disseminate the VAS sales materials to teams

Update web content in CMA CGM local agency website VAS data

Support E COMM process development initiatives for VAS digitalisation post Business Values project

VAS product stock monitoring and maintain product price grids for VAS products

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Tertiary degree in International business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent

International Marketing, Sales, and/or Logistics would be advantageous

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Microsoft Office skills especially Excel

Knowledge of VAS (Value Add Services) products and selling experience would be a big plus
