As a Value Analyst, you will join Sportsbet’s Value Team - the dynamic, curious and collaborative group charged with the design and implementation of the organisation’s Customer Generosity Program. You will play a critical role in the development, implementation and evaluation of key Customer Generosity initiatives and investment.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Deliver compelling and timely analysis to guide investment decisions and strategy development for Sportsbet’s customer generosity program
- Help design and implement experiments end-to-end including test setup & post-test performance reporting
- Perform ad hoc duties including producing customer lists for various campaigns
- Make important contributions to cross functional project involvement and operational duties

**About You**

Critical
- SQL
- Power BI /Tableau or alternative
- Data storytelling ability
- Experience building and working with data models (experience working with predictive and ML models especially so)
- Forecasting

Advantageous
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and experimentation
- Knowledge of Wagering
- Python or R knowledge
